Dr. Easterling is a master's level professional counselor who is caring and compassionate. In addition, she is a military veteran. She earned a bachelor's in Psychology from Dallas Baptist University, master's in Education from Bowie State University and a doctorate in Education from Argosy University. Dr. Easterling has a direct and honest approach to therapy. She uses diverse techniques to serve her patients and believes in patient care.
Even though Marcia work's with individuals of all ages, "Let's talk Toys'. Toys are the language of the child .Utilizing special toys Marcia conduct's Child-Centered Play Therapy to assist children in regulating their emotions and making sense of what is going on in their lives. Children experience many traumas and stress such as bullying, anger management, depression, anxiety, parent-child relationship difficulties and many types of neglect. She is passionate about guiding children, adolescents and adults towards self-awareness and reaching their full potential.
Jared takes a holistic approach to counseling and look at all aspects of his clients. He utilizes person-centered and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to meet his clients where they are and work together to help them become the best versions of themselves. He earned his master's in rehabilitation counseling from the University of North Texas and a bachelor’s in psychology from Tarleton State University. He currently holds his LPC Intern license and a certified rehabilitation counselor (CRC) certification. Jared specializes in helping people with substance use, depression, anxiety, and career counseling.
The focus of this program is to help individuals with taking better care of themselves and those who care about them. Anger does not solve anything and can land you in a negative situation. Let us help you to better express your emotions and communicate your needs.
This group is opened to those who are dealing with the death of a love one or a lost of something meaningful. This group allows for those individuals to have the support of others who can idenitfy with their current situation.
This group assist family members with support as they help others in their family who have behavioral health concerns. Families will be provided community resources and coping skills.
This group is opened to those who just enjoy participating in therapy with others or those who need an affordable option to obtain therapy.
This group assist individuals with developing independent skills needed to transition in life. Each session will be geared to help individuals with learning skills needed to manage everyday life.
