Guiding Creative Minds Counseling, P.L.L.C. offers individual and group counseling to those who need help with processing their thoughts and feelings when dealing with life challenges. Our office serves adolescents and adults with behaviroral health concerns. 

Dr. LaKeesha Easterling, NCC, LPC

Dr. Easterling  is a master's level professional counselor who is caring and compassionate. She earned a bachelor's in Psychology from Dallas Baptist University, master's in Education from Bowie State University and a doctorate in Education from Argosy University. Dr. Easterling has a direct and honest approach to therapy. She uses diverse techniques to serve her patients and believes in patient care. 

Amanda Frazier, LPC-Intern

Amanda is a  recent graduate of the University of Memphis, who just  relocated to the Dallas Fort-Worth area. She is a Licensed Professional Counseling Intern who been advocating for children and their families since 2012. She has worked with court-mandated drug and alcohol clients, children and families, domestic violence offenders and victims, and individuals with a variety of mental health concerns. She will be providing individual and group counseling. She also specializes in  play therapy. She is motivated and  looks forward to working with you or your loved one.   

Group Counseling

Grief & Loss Group

This group is opened to those who are dealing with the death of a love one or a lost of something meaningful. This group allows for those individuals to have the support of others who can idenitfy with their current situation. 

Family Support Group

This group assist family members with support as they help others in their family who have behavioral health concerns. Families will be provided community resources and coping skills. 

GCM Process Group

This group is opened to those who just enjoy participating in therapy with others or those who need an affordable option to obtain therapy. 

GCM Psychoeducation

This group allows for individuals and their families to learn more about various mental health conditions in order to help them feel empowered.
